Welcome to Lalita Movement, where mindfulness meets movement in your practice. As a Yoga instructor who teaches alignment-based Hatha-Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, I create classes that unfold and weave into a seamless flow, where each pose naturally builds upon the last. Join me every Wednesday evening at Vancity Yoga or for my free weekly class every Sunday at 6:00 PM, available both in-studio and online.
