Join us every Sunday evening at 6:00 PM (PST) on Zoom for a free Stretch class! This slow, meditative practice invites you to hold poses for up to five minutes or more, allowing for deep release and restoration. Designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles and connective tissues— including ligaments, tendons, and fascia—this class nurtures flexibility, mindfulness, and relaxation. Perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with your body.
